		<description>In all honesty the drug laws throughout the country, and in states like New York are very severe, and too severe. I think offering a treatment that works, and helping to make these offenders a better person, who can contribute to society is the answer.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It is just too bad that one person gets a harsh sentence, while another as in this story, gets away with a small sentence. At lease make a system that works, and is equal for everyone!</description>
